We always come prepared! Our cleaning crew brings all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment to get the job done right. From floor cleaners to vacuums and mops, we’ve got it covered. For frequent cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), we do recommend the clients to provide their own toilet brushes and vacuum cleaners in order to prevent cross contamination, or if you prefer, we can bring our own.

While we do use standard grade professional cleaning products, some clients choose to add on eco-friendly products for their home cleanings, for an extra piece of mind.

How long does a cleaner take to clean a house?
The time needed to clean a house depends on its size, condition, and the type of task. A standard cleaning for an average-sized home typically takes 2 to 4 hours, while deep cleaning may take longer. 

What cleaning packages do you offer?
We can custom-tailor any cleaning package to suit your needs. Everything from move in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanings, frequent cleanings, Airbnb cleanings and more!  If there are certain parts of your home that require special attention or certain areas that you need left out, just let us know at the time of booking! For example, do you need the inside of your fridge or oven cleaned? We got you covered. Or does your basement not need to be cleaned this time? That’s ok too! We are here to help in whatever capacity you need us. 

What do deep cleaning services entail?
At Maid in Edmonton, we take pride in knowing that our regular cleaning service is often what other cleaning companies call “deep cleaning”. So for us, when we take on a “deep clean”, we do it DEEP! This will include things that often aren’t done as a maintenance clean – things like: baseboards, fans/heat registers, light fixtures and any hard to reach spots. A deep clean is also a great way to start off with your frequent cleaning services. We ensure that built up grime and dirt is taken care of, so when we come back for the recurring cleanings, we are upkeeping the clean that was already done. 

How flexible is your schedule?
We understand that life gets busy, that’s why we are here to free up your time – when you need it the mos!! We kindly ask that you give us a call as soon as you know the tentative date and time of your desired cleaning date, as the earlier of a notice we receive, the better. We always do our best to schedule clients according to their ideal dates and times and providing us with early notice, allows us to do just that.
